If you are a current Bioreference patient using Bioreference Patient Portal login, you will need to activate your account to continue to receive access to your laboratory test results and to communicate with your provider.
If your primary care physician is with a different organization, please continue to access your non-Bioreference Patient -related records through their existing systems/portals.

Only you, your provider, and your healthcare team are permitted to view the information sent through Bioreference Patient Portal. Bioreference implements security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Your account password protects your account and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use.
Bioreference Patient Portal further protects your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls, and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of such firewalls and secure server software.
In addition, Bioreference Patient Portal login access requires a unique username and password. The Bioreference Patient Portal is owned and operated by Bioreference and is fully compliant with federal and state laws about your privacy. Your name and email address will be kept private and confidential and will never be sold or released by them.

Bioreference Patient Portal Login
The Bioreference Patient Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for patients. Each patient will be given their user account credentials through which all the health information can be accessed and managed.
Note: You will need an online account, complete with a username and password, to use the Bioreference Patient Login portal. To generate your username and password, please Click the “Create an account” link.. To access your account, simply follow the steps below.

- Copy brlipatientportal.bioreference.com/PatientPortalApp/callback/login to your browser and launch it.
- Enter your Bioreference username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.
How to Reset Your Username or Password
If you’re having trouble logging in, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
How to Download the Bioreference Patient Portal App
Bioreference is pleased to announce we are now offering you access to your medical records through Bioreference Patient Portal. Bioreference puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members.
You can access your Bioreference Patient account, by downloading the Epic app and selecting Bioreference Patient Portal as your organization. Go to the Bioreference Patient Portal App page to download it for your Android or iOS.
