We are pleased to announce that we are now offering you access to your laboratory reports and medical records through the Bioreference Patient Portal, this means that you now have convenient online access to your health records at any time.
The Bioreference Patient Portal is a handy and powerful tool that fosters patient engagement by allowing your patients to perform a variety of functions all designed to save provider time and increase patient engagement and satisfaction. It directly connects you to portions of your electronic medical record and bill payment online.
Bioreference Patient Portal Features
To better connect the care experience for our patients, Bioreference Patient Portal has recently enhanced our electronic health record capabilities. It offers you online access to all of your personal records – both in the hospital and from your physician’s office. Through Bioreference Patient Portal, you can:
- View your test results.
- Communicate with your provider.
- Request prescription refills and manage your appointments—all from the convenience of your laptop or mobile device.
- Pay your bills online.
- Access your family’s records and link accounts. You can check appointments, and vaccination records, manage your child’s care, and more.
Bioreference Patient Portal Login
Use of the Bioreference Patient Login portal requires a compatible mobile device or computer, internet access as well as possible software. To access your account, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Bioreference Patient Login page.
- Enter your Bioreference username and password in the spaces provided and click Sign In.
- For First-time users: Click the “Create an account” button above the User Login form. A signup screen will display.
If your primary care physician is with a different organization, please continue to access your non-Bioreference-related records through their existing systems/portals.
How to Reset Your Username or Password
If you’re having trouble logging in, click the “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields for assistance. You will go through two-step verification to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.
How to Download the Bioreference Patient Portal App
You can access your Bioreference Patient account, by downloading the app and selecting Bioreference Patient Portal as your organization. Go to the Bioreference Patient Portal App page to download it for your Android or iOS.
